YFP North Luzon joins 1st YFP Affiliation Drive



SAGADA, Mt. Province - Chapter Presidents, Representatives, and other Officers of the Youth for Peace (YFP) Northern Luzon joined the first Youth for Peace and Development Movement Philippines (YFPDMP) Affiliation System (YAS) orientation organized by the YFP National Council on March 14, 2021 via Zoom.


The information drive aimed to present and expound the organization's affiliation system targeting all the YFP chapters and discuss matters concerning the organization as a whole.


The orientation proceeded with the presentation about YAS and the importance of every chapter, from barangay to area-wide, to be registered or affiliated to the YFPDMP.


It was presented by the YFPDMP National President, Mr. Alexis Micutuan who further enumerated the benefits, processes, and requirements of the new system to the attendees.


He also encouraged everyone to start processing their forms and documents needed.


Consecutively, the 2021 YFP Campaign Plan "Pakiglambigit" was discussed by Mr. Bren Cabatingan to give a background and information about the national strategic plan for the year 2021 that must be cascaded to all local YFP chapter.


The 4 Thematic Advocacies of the YFPDMP and the sustainability of the Youth leadership Summit (YLS) graduates were also reiterated while questions, clarifications, and other relevant matters were asked, discussed, and explained well enlightening the group.


The meeting ended with positive feedbacks and reactions that signify a positive outcome of what was presented in the meeting.
