Mission

To PRODUCE empowered and peace-loving leaders equipped with leadership knowledge and skills, and passion for volunteerism.

Goal

Attain sustainable peace and development through youth empowerment.

Objectives

Uphold inclusive youth involvement to fulfill their vital role in nation-building;

Assist the Government and other youth organizations in their function through volunteerism;

Organize and promote solidarity and cooperation among the volunteers of the organization and others;

Advocate peace and promote nationalism, leadership, and good citizenship among the youth sector; and

Undertake other activities not contrary to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
