POINTY Inc. Bukidnon holds Provincial Meeting

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon - The Propelling Our Inherited Nation Through our Youth (POINTY) Inc. Bukidnon Chapter gathered its Municipal leaders and provincial officers during its 1st Provincial Meeting and Action Planning on April 24, 2021 at the Tambayayong Hall, 403rd Infantry Brigade, Impalambong here.


With the theme "PADAYUN BUKIDNON," the gathering aims to rekindle the spirit of the POINTY volunteers in Bukidnon for service which was relaxed during the pandemic.


The meeting includes the assessment of municipal volunteers' database, discussion and surfacing solutions on current issues existing in the municipal level, and action planning for 2021.


The municipal accomplishment reports were likewise presented to monitor how the Municipal Chapters performed in the previous year.


During the meeting, each chapter were also able to identify approaches in sustaining the organization by increasing the participation of the youth in their activities amidst the challenges brought by the pandemic.


The meeting was physically attended by the Malitbog, Manolo Fortich, Baungon, Impasug-ong, Malaybalay, Quezon, Lantapan, and Talakag Chapter leaders, while others such as POINTY Bukidnon's Advisers, Thematic Area Heads, and other Municipal Heads attended via Zoom.


Meanwhile, Crill Joy Paligsa, POINTY Bukidnon Chapter President, challenged the attendees emphasizing the meeting's theme, "PADAYUN BUKIDNON."


"Since we are already awakened, what we have to do now is to keep going by continuing our mission and responsibilities in the organization," she said.


"This PADAYUN BUKIDNON is not just a one-day event, it's a five month endeavor that has began today. This include Courtesy Calls for the Batallion Commanders, LGUs, and LCEs," she explained.
